Congratulations to Team CAS

Heartiest congratulations to Team CAS from the School of Computer Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) for achieving 5th place in the Gemini No Code Hackathon 2025, organized by MOHE/Awantec x Google Workspace For Education!

Out of 105 public university teams, Team CAS proudly advanced to the Top 10 Finalists, demonstrating outstanding creativity and technical excellence.

The team developed VMate, a no-code companion app designed to provide mental health support for university students, powered by Google AppSheet and Gemini AI.

This remarkable achievement highlights our students’ innovation, teamwork, and commitment to leveraging no-code technologies in addressing real-world challenges.
