Invitation for USM Students – Sime Darby Property University Hackathon 2026

Good day!

We would like to invite students from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) to participate in the Sime Darby Property University Hackathon 2026, an industry-led innovation challenge that provides students with an opportunity to develop practical ideas for the “Township of Tomorrow.”

The challenge focuses on People and Planet, encouraging students from Computer Science, Engineering, Built Environment, Business, Sustainability and other disciplines to collaborate and develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

Through the programme, students will gain exposure to a real industry challenge, apply their academic knowledge, engage with industry professionals, strengthen their innovation and problem-solving skills, and build valuable experience for their future careers.

We would greatly appreciate USM’s support in sharing this opportunity with relevant faculties and students across the university.
