RESEARCH INTEREST

  • Cyber Threat Intelligence and Adversarial Operations
    Focus on Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), threat hunting, and Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) campaign analysis, including research on the dark web and cybercrime ecosystems.
  • Malware, Exploitation and Deception
    Work in malware analysis and reverse engineering, vulnerability research and exploit development, as well as deception technologies and honeypot systems.
  • AI for Cybersecurity
    Research on AI-driven threat detection, adversarial machine learning, and the security of AI systems, including the analysis of attacks against machine learning models and the development of robust and trustworthy AI for security applications.
  • Digital Forensics and Incident Response
    Covering host, network and memory forensics, malware and fileless attack investigations, and cloud or container forensics, along with incident investigation, forensic automation, and anti-forensics techniques.
  • Systems and Infrastructure Security
    Including cloud-native and container security, blockchain and cryptocurrency security, and protection of Critical Information Infrastructure (CII).
  • Cryptography, Privacy and Secure Systems
    Focusing on privacy engineering, secure protocols, and cryptography, including post-quantum cryptography (PQC).
