Work Experience

Currently, as a honorary associate professor at the School of Computer Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). Joined USM in 2009, as a senior lecturer.

Prior to joining USM, has over 20 years of industrial work experience including as trainee programmer analyst, analyst programmer, internal auditor, systems analyst, government auditor, and MIS manager at Colgate Palmolive (M) Sdn Bhd, Harrisons Malaysian Plantations Bhd (Golden Hope), Malaysian Industrial Development Finance (MIDF) Bhd, Employees Provident Fund (EPF), National Audit Department, and Penang Regional Development Authority (PERDA) respectively.

Was a visiting scholar (2014-2015) at Cardiff School of Management, Cardiff Metropolitan University [formerly University of Wales Institute of Cardiff], Llandaff, Wales, U.K.
